How to Register

There are four ways to register for the 2012 NAMI Michigan Annual Conference:
1. Online

You MUST have a valid credit / debit card or Paypal account in order to register online. If you do not have a credit or debit card, please register via U.S. mail.

 2. U.S. Mail

  • Registrations sent by U.S. mail MUST be received no later than April 9th 2012.

3. You may register & pay on-site at the Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel. (full conference registration applies unless noted with NAMI State Office)

Full Conference Registration Rates
Early Bird  (By April 7th 2012)
Members $150
Non-Members $225

Regular Registration Rates (Recieved after April 7th 2012)
Members $200
Non-Members $275

Cancellations & Changes

ALL CANCELLATION'S MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING, NO LATER THAN APRIL 9th.

  • If you cancel prior to April 1st, there is a $25 service fee to cover administrative costs.
  • If you cancel after April 9th, we are unable to refund your registration fee. (We are sorry, but there are no exceptions to the April 9th deadline for canceling. All attendance guarantees are given to the hotel end of business day on 9th.)
  • You may transfer your registration to another person. You must notify us in writing of this change NO LATER THAN APRIL16th.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR TRANSFERS CAN BE MADE VIA PHONE
To cancel or change a registration you must notify NAMI Registration in writing no later than April 9th 2012. All registration changes
& cancellations must be sent IN WRITING via:

Registration Policies

  • No phone registrations/changes/cancellations accepted.
  • Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
  • Do not fax or e-mail AND mail copies of completed forms. Please register only once.
